Hi all

I’m laying some patio and a right of access path soon. I want the patio to be solid but the right of access path, jsut good enough.

I bought ready made priming slurry(pavetuff) but I do have SBR and cement. I was going to use the ready made slurry everywhere but ofc it will cost a lot more than mixing SBR and cement myself.

There doesn’t really seem to be concensus online as to what’s best. I’d rather not risk having to relay stuff again in future, but is SBR + cement fine for priming slurry? Should I use that ready mix stuff for everything or is that more for convenience and reassurance that the ratios are good?

I used the powdered stuff today that's £22 a bag.
Just mix a bit up as I go.
I can't imagine there is any real difference

Not sure.
I bought it from mkm building supplies.

I'll look tomorrow
