Hats off to the Daily Fail they played a blinder, they didn’t try to settle (afaik) and took out the main witness. The judge could have concluded differently, corporations don’t pay out billions for no reason. I may be wrong and the courts might punish the Claimants for being vexatious, by ordering full costs to be paid.

"Phones Hacked" is I suppose technically true but they weren’t really hacked in the sense that people would expect when the word "hacked" is used
