printer error

ive installed a printer on a packard bell machine and i keep getting the error Epibbl20 has caused an error in KRNL386.EXE.
the printer has installed and been recognised but when i go to print a document this error comes up,ive tried re installing the software but no joy,any ideas please?
 
have you looked at the help menu on the down loaded file
or didnt you have the instilation disc!!!! :D
 
is there no help on line
or check in your "all programs " off the start menu and see of theres a read file atached or beside the reference to your printer
 
What model printer? What version Windoze? What error massage number?
