Repressurise a boiler whilst the heating system is cold, most will be 1 to 1.5bar cold.

What should I use to open the turn the screw on the valve?

I don't want to break it. Is there a key I can buy?

A Screwdriver if its just a slot or an adjustable spanner if it is a lug.

be careful here because one end is a non return valve and you could get wet.
