Problem finding mixer tap spout seal for, maybe, Creta.

I've been round all the local plumbing supplies shops and cannot obtain a skirted seal for a mixer tap spout . Does anyone know where I might get some?
It maybe a Creta tap?

Hopefully got some coming from Sterling Taps.
