Problem switching on a heated bathroom mirror

The sensor unit seems to be intermittently faulty. The IR sensor seems to work sometime but not others. If I switch a room light on that is on the same fused circuit, the mirror light sometimes comes on.

Does anyone know where I can get a replacement unit and sensor to drive both the heat pad and lights (2@c20w)
