Problem with 2 way switch

I replaced a 2 way switch in my kitchen, which operates 2 separate lights.

Unfortunately, one of the 2 switches now operates in reverse mode (down is off and up is on). I have changed what seems to be the most obvious cables, but so far have not rectified the problem.

The left hand switch in the picture is causing the problem. I am sure it is something very straighforward!
