problem with boiler

i took some pictures to see if it will shed some light. sorry i should have clarified the system. i know the halls and landings and everything underneath the carpets and wooden lino stuff is indeed concreted.

If you find the problem is with the boiler check with Baxi/Potterton customer support sbout the warranty on your boiler. The Remehas I installed in 2010 had 5 year parts cover on them, and generally you have the option of paying them to fit the parts or getting the parts sent to your gas safe engineer for him to fit.

Note Remaha effectively bought Baxi/Potterton around 2010 who then took on the warranty support for Remeha.

hi there, thanks for the idea. as previously stated (although not in great detail again, sorry!) i have had the pressure relief valve and expansion vessel replaced. baxi sent me the parts my engineer friend told me to get and he replaced them both already.
