Can't agree with the method used, The tap is not open fully when re-pressuring so there's no way of knowing the tap is opened the same amount for the bottle.
Not only that, but the bottle offers no resistance when filling it, whereas the boiler has a pressure being built up and the increasing resistance affects the flow. So it's not a like for like comparison
