Problem with discharge height of toilet

I have put a shower in a downsairs toilet. The soil pipe was cut off at floor level and a new 100mm connector fitted with a 40mm side inlet. Into this went std 100 mm T and into T went pan connector.
Trouble is that the pan connector [about 450mm long] now slopes up so the T end is about 30mm higher.
Is this a big problem or will it work OK.

Thanks.

Not good practice you will get blockages (never taken a soil or waste pipe uphill myself) but you are looking for trouble and wet feet
