Problem with door hinge screw on B&Q Kitchen Unit

The kitchen in our house is a B&Q one, about 2 years old. One of the wall unit doors appeared to be hanging strangely, and on examination some of the screws that held the hinge to the unit carcass appeared to be loose (They were free-turning!) - I took down the door, and sure enough 3 out of the 4 screws had 'pulled' out of the chipboard of the unit.

Any ideas on how to fix this? The existing screws will not (obvioulsy) fit.

Or you could put a dollop of epoxy glue such as araldite into the screw holes and around/behind the fixing.

I have used this method on old kitchens when landlords will not fork out for a proper replacement. Not ideal but it works
