just fitted a new divter valve to a ikon 23tcombi boiler everythink was working ok for a hour or two now got no hot water or heating can anyone tell me what the problem is

I fitted diverter valve because diaphram went now when u turn hot tap on nothing happens green light is on red lockout light does not come on

did you change the complete valve or just the diaphram?
so you should be familiar with the diverter components. So remove the microswitch from the top of the valve, open hot tap, then push down microswitch manually with a biro or something. Does it work now? if so you've still got a diverter issue.

micro switch do you mean the black box at the end of the diverter valve if so tried pushing down with a biro turned tap on and still nothing has happened little round black disc at the end where the little black box goes moves in an out when the tap is open and closed [/b]
