Greetings Dudes - can someone help?

My appliance is working and drying clothes however it has become very noisy - is this a sign that something is badly amiss.

Should I use it as it is - it is about 2.5 years old.

front fan is vibrateing needs changing remove right hand side its on the bottom front .
