My scantronic 9448+ does not allow for preset entry time whenever part set but does allow when full set. Thus it sets up external alarm before reaching the remote keypad. I have reprogrammed it several time using engineering programming mode to no avail? what could be wrong? what else can I try?

It is set for entry I believe. However it had worked well in the pAST
I have solved the problem after following the instructions under engineering programming mode from downloaded manual.Thanks for your earlier reply
