Hi all,

Wonder if anyone can help,

We have a Potterton netaheat electronic boiler and randall 922 control panel (airing cupboard, cold water tank etc) approx 15 years old.

Just recently we've lost all pressure in the shower, and it takes a good 5 - 10 mins to heat up, and even then, it's more warm water than boiling hot.

This wasn't a problem previously. Hot water still comes out fine from the bathroom and kitchen hot tap.

The only change we've made is altering the timer for when the heating comes on...although not sure why that should affect it?

Has anyone experienced similar / have any ideas of how to fix it?

Any advice much appreciated, Thank you!

is it a power shower? - pump may not be running
do pipes go to loft before dropping to shower? - pos air lock.
shouldn't be anything to do with the boiler.

Thanks Mick - very helpful,
I've been considering and agree I don't think it's anything to do with the boiler as the hot tap for the bath (shower is within the bath and not a power shower) works fine - and heats almost immediately.
