Problem With Y-Plan Pump Continuously Running. No CH

The pump has been continuously running for at least a couple of hours now. The boiler fires up but then goes off after approx one minute. The flow pipe to the mid pos valve is hot but cold the otherside. (the coil in the cylinder)

I have tried turning room stat on but nothing happens. Also tried turning Cylinder stat up but nothing happens also. Has the mid position valve had it.

sounds like a circulation problem. is there a balancing valve on cyl flow or return.

Is the lever on the 3port loose or is there resistance?
