I wish to undertake a loft conversion and 3m extension to a property
As this will be my first time calling a builder in to undertake this sort works, I wanted advice on things I should do/have in place to mitigate risk?
For example, always pay in stages?
What else is a must.
The cost of the works will be £70K+
