Programmer problem?

Ideal mexico plus Siebe programmer.

Moved in a few weeks back and system fine until yesterday. Now boiler keeps firing whatever the roomstat set to. Even when I switch water & CH off at programmer it still keeps firing.

Bust programmer?
Can I test it anyway?
