Hi please could you help. I have the pyronix Kit1 wireless. All is ok except am I able to set the Night set with the fob but not Unset? I have to use the app.
Please advise. Thank you

Sounds like user assigned for arming and not disarming.

You have access to engineers code?

Check User set options.

Thanks I'll get someone to look at it tomor. If you have any extra help I'd be grateful so can fix tomor.

the person looking at it should know what they are doing?

can you arm and disarm for a full set with the fob?

The radio fobs are programmable, so may need to look at Programming key fob buttons

Standard fob setting AS BEFORE AND TRIED ON VERSION 9/10
full set
Part set
Unset
Panic
Status
NO need to mess with fob settings in programming
Only other setting is SITE OPTIONS ....fob unset entry "If yes you must start the entry exit to disarm with fob"

that site options is probably it sparkymarka, if he can disarm with the system full set and walks in through the e/e door, guess no e/e pir in part set setup?

the fob should not need changing/ shouldn't have been changed

How's the smart comm ? Good for nothing rep promised to sent a couple out , then went off on sick !

honestly too early to be 100% confident given the old app situation.

More details on the Texecom forum, its easier to install but the servers were updated and then a firmware update for the smart com, but at least that straightend things out, the old app hasn't been straightened out yet and has gone nowhere really. So feel more confident this will go forward to better things longer term and as that's the first firmware update (for smart com not panel) done, and it was as simple as engineers code in app and press on the icon.

Android app, probably end of February/ beginning of March and from tests I would say it works as well as the iOS version does, and its been tidied up a bit.
