The problem lies in there being no heat.
Check the element, thermostats and wiring.

I think its the element as I just found this:
"my proline dishwasher pdw080 is stoping about a quarter of away into cycle and the same near the end , you have to move it on manually , dishes are not very hot and no steam when open dishwasher when finished ,been told its the thermostat sender unit"

That post points to thermostat problem.
The only way to tell is to test the items. Guesswork only leads to throwing expensive parts at the machine in the hope that the guess is correct.
