Hello

My IKEA bathroom cabinet has started to rot, such as sink side panel and cabinet doors.

What are the ways I can prolong its life and make it aesthetically pleasing.

Please see pictures attached.

Thanks.

It's fooked and at the end of it's life. You could try a dehumidifier in the room for a few days or so to dry it out and then apply a water sealer or something but the inevitable is not far away. You'll never get it back to what it was that's for sure.

Humidity has done its job. How long you had it? IKEA isn't the best.

If you're handy you could get some treated material in the future and make some furniture yourself?

Make sure you got a decent working extractor fan. Most cheap ones no good after few years especially if they not been cleaned.

Yes, humidity and a small extractor fan has been a problem in this bathroom.
