Hi,
Does anyone know what common faults would cause the PVR valve to leak on a Potterton (baxi) promax 28 combi.

The system looses pressure pretty quickly after running for a few hours!

The expansion vessel seems good, only getting air out.

Could it just be the PVR valve itself or are there other areas that I should look at.

When running the system pressure builds quite high (see photo) but doesn't reach 3bar.

Thanks

Hello Poe,

Looks like an expansion related issue. This isn't a diy fix, please call upon the services of a gas safe registered engineer
