I'm not 100% sure is this is the right section to put this in, but as it involves a building material, I figure it counts. Mods, if this is the wrong place, please advise and I will re-post.

When we stripped out the old flat roof / balcony (See death house posts for details) We reclaimed aprox. 160 Promenade / deck tiles (See picture below). These, from what I can tell when one broke, contain asbestos fibres. The 160 we have are all solid with no sign of degrading, powdering or other damage that may lead to fibre release.

It seems a massive waste to simply throw them away at the local asbestos disposal point as they are perfectly usable as paving. However, we don't need or want them.

Is it possible to sell / give these away, or would I be held liable?

(p.s. if anyone does want to make them disappear, message me :p)

Cheers,
Fubar.
