Hi,
I'm proposing to build side extension to the below house with cavity wall.
External skin in high density concrete blocks 7.3N 100mm
85mm drytherm earthwool fully filled cavity
Internal skin above dpc with aerated concrete block 3.6N
Inside plaster finish straight on blocks
Does this sound like it would be acceptable in Scotland?
It will be built under permitted development but just finalising plans for building warrant application.
