Protecting canvas print/picture from water

I have a large canvas print (1m x 0.4m approx) that I want to put into bathroom.

Water will get splashed on it.

Is there something I can cover it with/paint it with to protect it?

You could spray it with varnish, but might devalue it.

Push the boat out, photo it. Then have a local silkscreener transfer it to tiles and retile the bathroom.

How about something like Aquaseal Map Seal?

Misterhelpful, that map seal stuff does seem like an interesting idea.

Afraid not.
Just did a quick search for clear waterproof sealer and spotted it on an American site which gave the site in my link as the only UK stockist.
I would imagine some other places sell it though.
