Protherm 80e combi boiler

I have a problem with the above boiler, when the system is on the pressure gauge keeps going up - it doesn't cut out - it goes all the way upto 4 (maximum) any ideas. I also need to get hold of a manual as I know someone who can look at it but needs the manual first. So at the moment I can only turn it on for short periods, therefore I'm not getting any heat in the house. Need Help

Look at the FAQ section at thetop of the topic list about repressurising the expansion vessel.

Someone who cannot deal with a simple problem like this without the manual may not know very much about boilers! In fact as a fairly common boiler any competent boiler engineer should not need the manual at all.
