Protherm 80E fault code F3

I need some advice about Potherm 80E – fault code F3. In this case F3 means heat exchanger is blocked. Two weeks ago someone has flushed all system but probably didn’t do this promptly so after I have removed Two heats exchangers and descalled but it wasn’t helping me. When I run the hot tap, after few minutes boiler cuts out and still is showing message F3. CH is start working only if I turn down temperature to 45 – 50 degrees on the boiler. Fun, ignition and pump start working but hot water from CH is running only to diverter velve where immediately boiler is overheated and switch off.

Will be great if someone can help mi.

There's a blockage either in the main heat exchanger or could be in the Diverter Valve.
