Seems to be a common error message I have - Procedure entry point getprocessimagefilenameW could not be found in the DLL..

All sorts of online "free" programs suggest downloading their software for a full scan (who can you trust??) , it can be downloaded from http://www.dlldump.com/download-dll-files_new.php/dllfiles/P/psapi.dll/5.1.2600.2180/download.html,

JOhn D suggests finding and deleting .

Derrrr, wot? What should I do?

I am having trouble running some videos in some situations - could it be connected?

Do as JohnD suggests.
A quick search on Google will give you loads of information. Just copy and paste that error message in to the search bar. This is the first thing thath comes up. Just do as it says.

Incidently, this seems linked to IE7. I won't install it - I've always used Avant Browser instead with zero problems. Many people favour Firefox, but I don't like it. Personal preference of course.
