If the MCB tripped you will have stressed one of the connections in the ceiling roses and the connection has come loose.
probably be in one of the upstairs room that light works. Well it would be the first place I would start looking.
Turn power off first.
Look for black marks or loose connections on the 3 connecition blocks.
But you don't seam very good at this electric lark, so don't make it worse
