pull switches into wall switch

Hi guys. I have 3 fluorescent lights in 1 room there are three separate pull switches to them I'd like to convert them into 1 regular wall switch. Any idea how i should do it? and if i can leave the pull switch on n use them as the junction E.T.C

Or i can also replace these pull switches with new once the old once are 16ax DP-250V WITH 4 TERMINALS L/N LOAD L/N SUPPLY you cant buy the exact once anymore so which 1 should i replace it with?
