Puma 80 pilot goes out

Have now confirmed following:

If I follow fault finding diagram, gets to end without fault, as boiler fires up. Red led on main board operates etc. I have also measured resistance of temperature sensors and they are under 15K so I assume within expected value.

After some time on CH boiler shuts down. I can hear click but not sure if this is relay on main board or from gas valve. Once flame goes out, fan and pump still run on full speed until boiler is manually turned off. pilot needs to be restarted.

Hot water is circulating, isolating valves at bottom are open, some rads get hot in fact they get so hot you can almost burn yourself but others are nearly cold. 15mm pipe on divertes valve is cold when on CH so diverter valve appears fine. Pilot flame appears fine as fas I can see. Recently pump and fan were changed and sludge cleaning chemical added to system that is 8 years old.

I suspect system overheats, BUT this only occurs after some 20/30 minutes and during this time flame comes on/off so clearly temp control works.

Finally in fault finding chart there is reference to "appliance lockout LED" but I cant find this at all. I only see 2 LED on front cover, pressure and mains and one red LED on main board. Any idea where above mentioned LED is located?
