My puma 80e boiler keeps cutting out after running for 5 minutes - it lights up 'low pressure' but the pressure gauge is reading 1.5 - the manual states we should replace the water pressure switch - - should I try re-pressurizing the system and if so how?

if you want to try to re pressure the system you can, switch may have stuck. Drop the water pressure to 0 then re pressurise to spec.
use a rad valve or drain off point to drop the pressure then use the filling loop to fill it back up.
