hello. i have a surprima boiler. when i turn of heating or water the pump continues to run for hours. is there a timing chip inside the boiler that dictates then time the pump should continue to run after heating off and if so does the pcb needs replacing in this situation? just want some info so i wont get ripped off. many thanks

yes. has been installed for 6 years and fine until few weeks ago

The pump should run for approx 6 mins after the boiler is told to turn off by any external controls.
This is built in to the pcb. Check all your external controls are working correctly, if they are it sounds as though it will be an expensive pcb swap
