Pump for occasional use

Hi

Any recommendations on a pump to use occasionally for paddling pools, emptying toilet bowls and for pumping out an invented tank in a flat where there is no other way to recharge the airgap?

Drill pump or standalone? Budget is flexible but as little as possible since it'll only be used a few times a year.
