If the case seal is not airtight then the boiler potentially draws in its combustion air from the room which many would call AR on a supposedly room sealed boiler.

What's the difference in the housing between the wilo and grunfoss that they are not inter-changeable?

I meant as both go into the same boiler and the pipes are no relocated.

How long does it take a pro to swap out a pump out on curiosity?

Just to keep everyone updated, turned out to be the water sensor and pump. Fitted new grunfoss pump & genuine water sensor and all is working now.
