Hello, I have a salamander cross over pump which runs our bath and shower. It normally kicks in when we turn the bath or shower on however at the moment it is only kicking in for the hot water and not the cold. Any ideas? Thank you!

There are usually flow switches in the hot and cold outlets of the pump, they detect the flow of water and start the pump. The switches can fail or get blocked with debris. From what you describe, I suspect that the hot water flow switch is working, but the cold water switch isn't.

If you have the installation manual for your particular model there should be a fault finding guide that will tell you how to check them. If you don't have a copy, you should be able to find one on line by clicking here.
