Hi All,
I am at last at the end of the long running saga of my punto engine idle revs going haywire. They would climb up to over 3000 revs when the engine was warmed up, a tap on the throttle and they would go back to normal.
I tried most of the advice posted to me without success. In the end I bought a second hand single point injection unit (carb) from ebay for £20 and the problem disappeared.
