Punto engine judder when I take my foot off the gas

Hi, sorry if this topic has been covered on here before, I have looked but can't find anything.
My Fiat Punto 2004 1.2 8 valve "judders" when you take your foot off the gas (it feels like I am in a gear that is to high) I have to dip the clutch, pick the revs up and release the clutch for it to go away or just apply more gas.
This happens at all speeds when I take my foot off the gas.
There is also a slight judder sometimes when starting off in first but not all the time.

I think its engine/fuel related, not clutch.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Does the car idle nicely every time, and does it tend to stall at the traffic lights?

It idles fine, never stalls, accelerates normally.

Does it have hot starting issues?

That should rule out a throttle body problem then which is a good thing.
How about the engine mountings, especially the one on the rear of the gearbox.....do check that it's intact. (Underneath the car).

Stars perfectly hot or cold.

I have just had a look at the engine mountings and the one at the bottom has seen better days, the others look fine.
I will change it and see if that sorts the problem.
