Purlin Stains/Condensation

Hello,

I am doing a loft conversion & some stains appeared on the insulated plasterboard that connects to my Purlin. These appeared over last winter.

I fitted 100m PIR board into the ceiling and then finished over the top of it with a 38mm insulated plasterboard.

Does anyone have suggestions on what could be causing this and how to remedy it?
