I have a bought a load of push fit connectors which I have used to join copper pipes together. However, one of these has popped out and I need to reset it. I see if you look into the connector, there is a rubber o ring and a metal clamp.

Anyone any ideas on how to reset these?!!

Pends on trhe make whether they are demountable or not, Some you can't detent the mechanism so have to push the metal jawed section off backwards after cuting the pipe and start again with a new piece of pipe of correct length or an additional joint.

Maybe it wasn't pushed right on?

disaster averted, pipe cuttered off until tomorrow morning.

We thought champagne was popping in the bathroom, quite an impressive noise it makes when it blows, almost as impressive as the mess!
