Hi,

I'm moving a Rad upstairs on a sealed system. Was wondering if compression joints or push fit would be suitable for central heating as these will be under the floorboards.

Thanks

jjfresh66,

Either will do, but just make sure that push fit are central heating compatible, some are only for Hot Water.

Would be best to use soldered joints as push fit/compression fittings have to be accessible under water regs.

Hope this helps

1.compression fittings NOT under floorboards, but OK onthe wall, etc.
2.pushfit fittings under floorboards,on the wall,etc.
3.soldered fittings under floorboards,on the wall,etc.
