You know gasbags' attention span is limited and he rarely reads a whole article. He will have missed the bit in the Mueller report that states the Ruskies meddled in the US elections. He will also have missed the bit that says that whilst the presidents actions could amount to obstruction of justice, there would be no point in prosecuting a sitting president.
