Putting floor tiles on walls? Help please.

Make sure they are ceramic and not porcelain as this will affect the type of adhesive you use, either way at the size of an average floor tile you will be better off with a powdered adhesive and not a readymixed one.
What are you tiling onto as skimmed walls will only take 20kg per square meter including adhesive and you may be getting near or over that.
