PVA Mix for rendering

Happy New Year to All

I have got a lot of rendering to do. I purchased some PVA bonding agent and want to know if I mix it with my concrete mix or do i just paste it into the crack ready to accept the concrete.

Any info greatly received

Ahhhhhh! Please dont ask about PVA on here. See 'BLOWN RENDER PLEASE HELP' from last year. Any relpy could go on for months.
