PVA primer on concrete floor ?

Hi, i`m going to lay vinyl tiles in my bathroom & kitchen. I need to use a self levelling compound as they`re going onto an old concrete floor. Do i need to use PVA primer first as well as the self levelling mix ? the concrete isn`t in too bad a condition.

nothing wrong with giving it a coat of 5-1 pva to kill any suction and clear the dust.
