I've got some 70 x 70 pvcu angle stuff to clad my garage door frame which is in good condition with no rot etc.

Whats the best way of attaching this to the frame? Polytop pins, silicone/glue or a mixture of the both of them?

Is it worth pre drilling the plastic before using the polytop pins if they are required to stop spilts etc or is that not really needed?

Neutral Curing silicone  Not sanitary stuff  I`ve pulled yards of that type off windows before - . If it don`t hold to the existing paint- but it should ...then a few polytop pins

The stuff I have is ceresit 7T sealant. Does that sound like it will do the job ok?
