PWD1239 Concealed Thermostat Shower

I have just fitted the above shower and the water's not hot enough. The tap water's hot but I can't seem to turn the shower hot enough. What could this be? Could it be the hot water pressure or could it be the thermostat is not turned up enough?

Have you connected it to low pressure hot and mains cold, or are both equal pressure? Could be the stat, did it not come with instructions?

hi m8 i fitted one of these in my bathroom the other day i came across similar issue only it wouldnt go cold i had to adjust the position which you fit the temperature controller. the way mine was wernt letting any cold in, took this lever off and spun this gold thing with screw on end around quarter of a turn and now is spot on mate. maybe its something along them lines? its a sort of a shaft if you catch my drift cya buddy

i have connected the hot to the hot from the combi boiler and the cold to the mains, both of which are also to the basin and bath taps.
