Pyronix control panel issues

Hi All,

Lately the system is reporting that there is a COMM FAULT on the controll panel.

Did anyone have encounter with these issues?

My system is Pyronix v10 with Pyronix cloud system.

This is a known fault that Pyronix are aware off. I presume there will be a software update out soon.

Hi,
Sorry I don't fit pyronix as I was just talking to another companies engineers and they had 14 of their home control panels throw this fault up all at random times.
I would suggest you contact pyronix but I think they will have a software upgrade out fast.

I experience this issue a couple of weeks ago....In the end I ended clearing memory and starting afresh with programming..all fine since.
I also spoke at length to Pyronix and they did not indicate there is a common issue with the new V10 panel......
Have fitted 10-15 of these in last few months with no problems to report....
