Pyronix Delta Bell Plus connections

Hi, I've just bought a Pyronix Delta Bell Plus (with backlight) to replace my failed Reson8 bell box fitted to my Melcom ST6100 alarm panel.
The connection diagram supplied with the new bell box is confusing. Can anyone help with connecting up please?
I've attached the Melcom & Reson8 connections and these were connected from Alarm panel to bell box as follows
Bell+ to hold off +
Bell- to Trig -
STB- to STB-
SAB1 0v to Hold off -
SAB1 RTN to RTN-

The Pyronix bell box has the following connections
T
T
ENG HOLD
STB
BELL
12V+
12V -

Bell+ = 12v+
Sab 1 or hold off - = 12v-
STB = STB
Bell- or Trig- = Bell
Sab1 RTN or RTN = T
Put wire link between other T and 12v-
Take photo of existing bell box wiring connections before you replace so you can refer for colours

Thanks very much Handymanjo ! That's brilliant. Not fitted the box yet as I've been away but your connections make sense. Approached Pyronix direct in Rotherham as i live near Doncaster, but they refused even though I'm a professional electrical engineer and a member of the IET.
