Pyronix enforcer - how to mute alarm tamper?

Hi everyone.

We have a pyronix enforcer and the outdoor siren keeps going off with a tamper alert. It's probably due to the cold weather. I've got the engineer code and have tried setting tamper volume to 0 but it still goes off.

Any ideas please until we can get it sorted properly? It's going off every 5 minutes just now...

Help everyone. Now the siren is going off... I've deleted it from the control panel and now it is going off. Don't know what to do.

Assume it stopped after its 3 10 minute bursts? Either that or your ear drums will have packed in by now.
